Free Public API for business data
We want to move forward and help other businesses grow. That is why Doards provides a fully free Public API with practical reference data that companies can use in their own products, forms, workflows, and automations. The API is free to use, but it is not open source: access is provided through hosted endpoints with an API key, not by publishing our source code or internal data repository.
What you get and how access works
The Public API gives your application hosted reference data. You request an API key, call the endpoints from your own system, and keep the source code and internal datasets on our side.
Where to get access
Use the API key form on this page. After we review the request, we send the API key, base URL, endpoint list, and usage notes to your email address.
How it works
Your application sends authenticated requests to Doards endpoints. Responses are structured for direct use in forms, validation, dropdowns, imports, CRM records, invoice workflows, and operational tools.
1. Request access
Fill out the API key form on this page and tell us which datasets you want to use.
2. We send the key
After review, we send your API key and endpoint details to the email address you provide.
3. Call the hosted API
Your system calls Doards endpoints with the API key. You receive structured data such as codes, names, descriptions, and related metadata.
4. We maintain the data
You do not need to copy files or maintain your own code tables. We keep the hosted reference data available and update it over time.

Use clean, reusable data sets without licensing cost. Current datasets are available through API key access, while SKR03 and SKR04 Kontenrahmen data is marked as incoming.
